However, today at 11:30 a.m., we were assisted by a young woman who was rude and appeared to be in a very bad mood. I believe that all staff members who interact with the public should provide courteous and respectful service at all times. This experience was disappointing and did not reflect the high standard of service we have come to expect over the years. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to help maintain the quality of customer service that families deserve.
