Epic Gymnastics in St. Cloud runs a half-day summer camp for ages 5–12, meeting Monday through Friday from 9:00am–12:00pm. Besides constantly changing schedules and moving the child back to a lower group because there was no availability after the changes, fees are charged without even asking whether you will participate in the competition. Coach Charisse was incredible with the children—engaging with them at their level and making everything so enjoyable. One of the highlights was the warm-up, which was super engaging and felt like a fun game rather than a typical routine. It was a great way to get the kids excited and moving! Coach Charisse and and Coach Mikaylah also planned a circuit that kept the kids busy and focused the entire time. It was full of variety, so the children never got bored and were able to try out different activities. My daughter had the time of her life and didn’t stop smiling the whole session. She absolutely loved the forward rolls, the bars, and especially the balance beam! Coach Charisse and Coach Mikaylah created a fun, relaxed environment where all the kids felt comfortable and eager to try new things. As parents, we felt confident in her ability to teach the kids and keep them safe. The kids were all so excited to try each activity, and it was clear everyone was having a blast. Since finishing last night, our daughter has not stopped talking about it—she’s already asking when she can go back! It’s not easy managing a group of 8 kindergarteners, but the coach made it look effortless, keeping everyone happy, safe, and excited. The gym itself is beautiful—colourful and full of energy, making it a super engaging place for kids to play and learn. If you’re on the fence about signing up, don’t hesitate! We’re so impressed and can’t wait for the next class.
