Fit club has been a blessing in our life. We have enjoyed our experience on team, recreational classes, and when we utilized the after school program. As much as everyone wants to win and get a great workout, the most important thing is for children to have a community and learn to be resilient. Fit club has provided all of these elements for our daughter. This sport is hard and not for everyone. You will be judged (literally). But my experience with these coaches and this team has only been positive. They will teach your kids more than gymnastics. They teach them, discipline, how attitude makes a difference, and how hard work pays off. It takes a village to raise a child and if it’s right for your family Fit Club is a pretty great addition to the village. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Fit Club Gymnastics has truly been our home away from home for the past 10 years. Our girls started in Tot Play, moved through preschool classes, and now homeschool while competing on the team. Watching them grow up here has been such a special journey. Over the years, coaches may change as life changes, but the heart of the gym has always stayed the same — supportive, encouraging, and focused on helping kids grow both in and out of the gym. This entire program has been a nightmare. They changed my daughter’s class without notifying me or my wife and even increased the price without our approval. We only found out after noticing charges on our account, and that’s when we realized they had placed her in a completely different schedule than what we originally agreed on. Our daughter has ADHD and depends on having a consistent routine. Their constant changes made everything confusing for her. Instead of helping us, they made the situation worse. After removing her from after-care, my wife spoke with someone named Nadine who confirmed our daughter would be placed in a Monday 3:30–4:30 program. Weeks later, they claimed she was “dropped” from the program and shouldn’t even be there. Nobody told us anything. No communication. No accountability. I personally went up there to fix the issue. They told me face-to-face that they would put her in the correct 3:30 class. Then today, out of nowhere, they changed it again and said she was actually supposed to be in the 4:30 class. How does that make any sense?

The confusion they created made things even harder for her, which is why we were so involved in confirming the correct class times. Instead of working with us or showing any understanding, the situation just got worse. After removing her from the after-care program, we spoke with a staff member named Nadine to place her into the Monday 3:30–4:30 program. Weeks later, we were suddenly told she had been “dropped” and “shouldn’t even be coming,” even though no one informed us of any change. No explanation and no accountability. My husband went in person to fix the issue and was told she would be placed in the correct 3:30 class. Then today, out of nowhere, they claimed she should actually be in a 4:30 class. The inconsistency is unbelievable. To make matters worse, my sister-in-law also removed her children from this program for the exact same reasons — miscommunication, changing schedules without consent, and zero organization. Clearly, this is a recurring problem, not an isolated issue. At this point, I feel like they took advantage of my daughter and our money. She hasn’t had proper classes for more than two months because of their mistakes. I requested a refund, and I sincerely hope it will be granted, because this level of mismanagement is unacceptable. This system is chaotic, the staff is inconsistent, and communication is terrible. This is not a place you can trust with your children’s care. They seriously need to get their organization and their customer service together.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We feel incredibly lucky to have our daughter coached by Brittney at FitClub. From the start, she has brought out the very best in her — not just as a gymnast, but as a person. The way Coach Brittney combines high-level training with patience, encouragement, and genuine care is truly unmatched. It’s rare to find a coach who can push kids to be their strongest while also making them feel seen, supported, and inspired. Brittney has built my daughter’s confidence in and out of the gym, and we see the impact every day — in her skills, her attitude, and her love for the sport. The entire staff at FitClub are wonderful, and the gym feels like a true community. But Coach Brittney is the heart of our experience, and we’re so grateful for the time, dedication, and passion she brings to every practice. Thank you for believing in Delilah challenging her, and helping her grow in so many ways!
