The front desk and customer service is amazing! Girls are so patient and kind. Owners interact with the kids like they are their own, especially Mrs. Gio! My daughter is spoiled with hugs and greetings every time she sees her. The coaches… I cannot put into words how much I appreciate each and every one of them. The coaches build kids up and encourage them when they fail. When my daughter was insecure and wanted to quit, they went out of their way to praise her and help her set realistic goals to work towards. Watching from the sideline, my mind is blown. I have never seen a coach walk past a child without saying hello or interacting with them. Every coach knows my daughter’s name and goes out of their way to talk to her. My kids that do not attend but tag along at times are treated the same. Mrs. Gio and all the coaches go out of their way to make them feel welcome. They’ve all made BGO a safe place for kids to learn and grow. Additionally Coach Siobhan has made such an impact on my daughter. She puts so much love and compassion into her teaching.
