Excellent coaching! Great people. My daughter pitches with coach Kelsey. She has had great insights into how to improve my daughter’s pitching ability and mental toughness. She does an excellent job of analyzing her technique and making improvements that stick every session. She takes the time to give us a break down of what my daughter should focus on while training on her own. Her drills are tailored to specific goals for the session, which are always fun, encouraging, and challenging. Their facility is clean and well kept with plenty of parking. We always feel welcome and are greeted with a smile. The owner is very personable and coaches seem to connect well with their athletes from what I’ve seen. Scheduling is online, with a simple user interface. They have a nice gym set up as well and the offer agility and strength training. I see a wide range of ages for baseball and softball training hitting, pitching, fielding. We’ve done a few group clinics there as well as their summer softball camp which both my daughters loved. Great value. If you’re on the market for a place for your kid to train, this is it.

ENL has been a fantastic spot for my whole family. I’ve been going for personal training, and the trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, and really tailor the sessions to my goals. My daughter loves her softball lessons—she’s improved her skills a ton thanks to the patient and skilled coaches. My son’s baseball lessons have been just as great; he’s gaining confidence and having a blast. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and it’s awesome to have a place that works so well for all of us. Highly recommend!

Love ENL New to the area and looking to improve my fitness, I discovered ENL when my daughter signed up for some classes. Seeing that they also offered adult classes, I decided to give it a go.
