So much fun! They have a lot of between inning fun that goes on. They have the mascot Gully AND Gully Jr! Inexpensive family fun in the heart of Newport. Spend an afternoon at the Save the Bay Aquarium across the street from Cardine's FIeld, then go take in a game.

The baseball games there are amazing, but the Newport gulls are not my favorite. My favorite is George Donnelly Sunset League because I go to the games with my dad he works there, and I saw a sky diver

It's been many years since I've done a baseball game that wasn't one of my kids playing little league. As fun as those can be, I'd been missing out on some good old fashioned fun times at the baseball diamond. Cardines Field is in the heart of historic newport, easy walking distance to Thames Street as well as Broadway. Spectators are treated to summer sunsets, ample people watching, dancing kids, raffles, classic color commentary, and best of all- reasonable prices. Five bucks gets an adult a ticket to the game, and for another five, some food at the concession stand. All told, well worth the price of admission. Highly recommend.

Great baseball, amazing ballpark and old-time family friendly atmosphere that you can't find anywhere else. Even if you don't love baseball, this is a Newport experience that you shouldn't miss.
