Powered by GoogleWonderful newly renovated facility. Great group ex, spin and water fitness classes. The schedule is jam-backed with something for everyone.
A beautifully renovated gym! Equipment is top notch. Locker rooms and workout areas are kept clean. Nice variety of classes from boxing, fascia flossing, to body pump. The day pass is pretty affordable - we go regularly when we're in the area.
The facilities are great at the Y except for their child care. The amount of times their child care closes is actually insane. I worked in the child care part of a Y a decade ago while I was in college and we never closed except for holidays... Also, I'm not sure if they have a sick kid policy, but my 10 month old who is cared for by my husband and I, and a part-time nanny, was never sick until we started bringing her to the Y. Parents, if your child is sick, please do not bring them to the Y so you can get a workout in.
Excellent! a place for the family to do different sports, entertainment. If you are driving on the highway, go slowly to see the entrance, the entrance is in the middle of the road now with big gray Y. At this time the pool is closed for a week, it would be good to support the Y by not bringing bottles, food in the pool area, ohhhh and not using the cell phone inside the saunas and thus avoid setbacks that clearly affect us all I especially want to thank you for the support you provide by caring for young children for free every day for up to 2 hours. The service is from 8:30am to 12:30am in the afternoon apart from 4:30pm. As Connor's mother, I feel immense gratitude. I leave him for an hour and I can do some physical activity. For us mothers who choose to do Homeschool and are from another country without having a family, it is truly a blessing to have this service, in addition to the The girls are very friendly, they don't use screens, the service is really excellent. It is clear that if Mom or the main caregiver is well, everyone at home is well and physical activity, changing a little environment is wonderful, thank you very much, I recommend Swimming classes from 6 months, Gymnastics from one year and Squash from 3 years of age. Thank you 🙏💫
