Next9Up, an athletic training facility in Franklin, runs the Legends of Summer Baseball Camp outdoors at Fletcher Field on Peck Street. The camp runs Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., for ages 6-14, with drills and exercises used by college and professional teams, work on throwing and hitting habits, games and baseball challenges, and a free t-shirt. It is led by Coach T.J. Chiappone, a Massachusetts Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame inductee and former Bellingham High varsity coach, alongside high school and college players; all adult staff are CORI-cleared and medical staff are on site each day.
