My review is based on multiple kids participating in futures basketball, futures baseball, track, flag football, and soccer. Our track and soccer experiences were good. They're run very well administratively. Coaching for any of the sports is largely left up to whatever parents volunteer, so it may be great coaching, it may be horrible coaching, or somewhere in between. I've had a lot of issues with the administration at EAA. I have spoken to the executive director twice and each time feel brushed off and more like contacting me was more checking the boxes. The last time I spoke with EAA was after they advertised 10 games for 1st grade basketball but only scheduled 9 games. I inquired about why and was told by the basketball director it was b/c of the number of teams and not wanting to have kids play double headers but then later was told by the executive director that it was because they lacked gym space. If you advertise 10 games, you should get 10 games or you should get a partial refund when they only schedule 9 games. At a minimum, just deliver what you promise you will on your website. Not that difficult but it seems to be for this organization. My biggest complaint on baseball was the quality of the fields used for the futures division. Absolutely horrible, especially considering they hired "professionals" to care for them. For baseball, go to Millard United for a much better experience and for basketball go to Elkhorn Youth Sports where they actually deliver what they promise.

Update. Caring organization with nice people performing important tasks. However, they are extremely confusing and show little attempt at simple organization. Critical Information, such as practice and game schedules, is buried in links from emails using local slang and abbreviations. And sadly this information is sent the day of the events? Disappointing.

They may be a non profit but all they care about it is the cash flow. Volunteer coaches and parents don’t get the support they need. They’ll overextend and anyone who tries out for Select teams makes the teams because why not take every kid for over a few grand versus a few hundred. Then when you follow up, it’s finger pointing, and no accountability. It’s always someone else’s fault. Great for a starter league up until 2nd grade. After that, have a plan because all you’re paying for is a wardrobe. And their communication is subpar at best.

If you want your kid to learn how to play the game of soccer WELL, and have fun while they’re doing it, this is one of the best clubs in the state of Nebraska. They employ great people who are dedicated to fostering love of the game and developing talent. I can’t recommend this club enough.
