The Factory is a basketball training facility in Omaha that runs a Summer Camp Series of skill-focused basketball camps for players in grades 3-8. I've emailed Mike who told me I would get a refund and have the emails proving he will refund a portion of the year due to circumstances above my control. Then I was ghosted and theres no one who will return a phone call or email. I've given them plenty of times to email /call me back before writing this review. This is just a last resort so others are aware and don't end up in the situation I am. Just be careful with this facility. I've done plenty of travel sports with all my kids in Omaha and have never had a place thats almost impossible to get ahold of and each kid has played in different sports elsewhere. Landon played for Elkhorn Prime baseball for 6 years, Gray played with OSA, and we play rec sports for Elkhorn, and daughter danced with competitively so it's not like I'm not used to sporting facilities. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

My daughter is 9 and has been working at the factory in 1 on 1 settings and in the Thursday night shooting session over the last few months and her confidence with the ball has sky rocketed. Both coaches are so kind and do such an amazing job stopping and really working through things with each player to make sure everything is correct. We absolutely love it and can't wait till my son is old enough to join in!
