Powered by GoogleThis soccer club low key sucks. I just watched my nieces U-9 girls travel game, and there were two coaches from this club who were so unprofessional. They were so nasty to these 8 and 9 year old girls. During throw ins for for our team, they picked up the soccer balls and pretended to hand it to the girls before dropping it at their feet. WHO DOES THAT? I thought it was an accident at first, but it happened over 10 times, and with BOTH coaches. Idk who the other two people were from Dynamo, but they clearly didn't care. What jerks!
Dynamo lacks organization and communication. Our team was told there was no coach and one of us had to do it. My husband who has never played soccer took on the task. We later found out we also had to buy our own training equipment (cones ect) even thought they said it would be provided. Our team is only 6 player when full roaster is 8. All coaches are also required to be the game officials. I wanted to have my child learn soccer and since my husband and I are doing all the research on drills and game play we didn’t need to spend 130 dollars. I would strongly recommend another organization.
This was our first time playing for dynamo soccer club. This was the best experience! The coaches were absolutely amazing and had so much patience and energy with all the kids and really took the time with them. The coach’s wife was on point with emails and schedules going as far as sending us all the information vs. us having to read through all the emails and schedules and always quick to respond. I appreciate all the hard work coach Jason and coach hiji put in and taking the time to volunteer . We can not wait until the fall starts!
My husband and I were very excited to register our daughters in the all girls rec league because of the wonderful experience we had in the past with our older child. Unfortunately, communication was lacking this season. Phone calls were not returned. Emails were replied to several hours later if at all. The recreation director is not professional or helpful. Our newly registered children did not have a coach and an email from the league stated that this was the case with many teams. It is extremely surprising that a club such as Dynamo can not recruit volunteers well in advance of their need. A well run "volunteer supported organization" or non profit of any kind knows that you don't wait until there is a need...you should be actively recruiting volunteers year round. It should not be the parent’s responsibility to take on a coaching role if they know their schedule will not allow it or if they believe their skill sets do not match. It is not their role to recruit volunteers either. Dynamo is a large organization with multiple avenues of finding volunteers. Thankfully our older child has an amazing volunteer coach. I hope Dynamo treats their volunteers well by providing them with better "customer service" than they do their families. We will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.
I was extremely disappointed with Dynamo. After speaking with staff twice about an issue with my child's team and NOTHING be done, we left. We were so excited to join and start but it ended up being a disaster. They don't return phone calls to discuss issues either. So it seems face to face or over the phone issues go unnoticed. I really felt that as long as they got their money they were done. I have already found another facility to put my child in.
