Took my daughter when she was in elementary school. She went to Hudson to catch fish with the campers. Has given us a memory forever.

With so much extra curricular content out there to choose from for your kids, Curious on Hudson stands apart as something unique, engaging and special. It's clear that the people who create and teach the classes are passionate about curiosity and life-long learning and nothing about these classes feels formulaic. My daughter was enthralled and challenged to try new things. I'd recommend Curious on Hudson to any parent looking to find ways to spark joy and wonder in your kiddos.

edited: 8/10/19: Well, the camp sessions has ended and my daughter absolutely loved it!! She attended two weeks at Curious. The first week for the Space and Solar System unit and the second was pre-historic history unit. Everyday they came home with wonderful projects liked, models of the day/night skies, a rocket ship, a jetback (my daughter's most favorite),diagram of our solar system, animal crafts, fossils molds, and paintings. Everyday she left with a smile and excited for the next day's adventures. I asked my 6 year old what she liked best about the camp and she said the new friends she made and Ms. Katherine's voice. "She has a really soft and kind voice." This is an excellent programs that is well thought out for K-2 graders. Oh, I wanted to add that I really appreciate the displayed themed table every week. You knew the exact topic of the week and the living books they planned to use to make the classes seem alive. Thank you for this excellent program! Original: We are excited for Summer 2019. My incoming 1st grader will be attending Curious-on-Hudson Summer camp and she cannot wait to begin her new adventures there. She is excited to be in a new environment, learning new things while making new friends. I'm hoping exposing her early to STEAM programs will ignite a spark of interest in the Math and Science field that will lead her to bigger and greater things in life. Just like my son, who's taking summer sessions but at the Riverdale location, she will have a blast. We will follow up and write an updated review once summer is over. I wanted to add: I've followed Curious-on-Hudson through FB for a while now and always loved the descriptions of the classes. I especially appreciate the work they do with NYC Bronx schools to bring quality STEAM programs to kids who might not always have the opportunity to be expose to quality math/science programs. Great work!!

Fantastic hands-on STEAM classes for kids. My sons have taken many classes here and they always love them. They teach the real science behind the projects and use real tools in their Maker and woodworking classes. Classes are engaging and educational.

I enroll my child there as often as I can. We've been taking our daughter to Curious on Hudson since their early days. Every visit is a new and exciting adventure. All activities are interesting for even the most finicky kid. The staff is generous with their time and encourages children to learn by trying, touching, and experiencing. What a gem! Can't wait for the next class to begin!
