★Anne BrownRules are NOT enforced at this club! Quit allowing people with disgusting toenail fungus to go swimming! That is a highly contagious and miserable condition, and can spread and infect other people! Also, the club is overcrowded, and there are too many kids all over the facility! Kids should not be swimming in the adult lap swim lanes! They should not have free reign of the entire aquatic center! In addition, you should not charge a family rate for a married couple without kids! Taking my business, elsewhere.(Crown Point Location)
★CassieThe hours for the kids area that are over 5 yrs old are absolutely ridiculous. 8 to 12 and 4 to 8 pm only. on a normal basis and only 8 to 12 during holiday break. Are you kidding? Thats extremely limited and people's work schedules dont always allow for that. This is supposed to be a community facility.
★★★Nate SchoellThey offer a lot and have real nice and expanding facilities and space. My issue is the programming, at least for kids, is not good. I have tried soccer and a couple of classes. Soccer was awful. So unorganized. No enthusiasm. Not enough staff. The kids running the session were confused and came and went in the middle of the games. The kids art class is a joke for the price. 1 whole session was spent coloring with crayon in a coloring book. The science class has been good so far. Preschool was good as well. I would have signed up for family pass if their programs were consistently good. I will be doing swimming lessons for my kids, but honestly a nervous about it.

I can't coordinate with my wife when we attend together, so we are usually waiting for one another at the entrance hoping that we received each other's message. And forget about trying to contact the kids at home to see if everything is ok.. Other than this big issue the place is great.
