Creative Theatre Experience (CTE) is a nonprofit summer theater program in Olympia, running since 1981, with workshops in theatre, dance, visual art, music and technical theatre that culminate in age-appropriate staged productions. Students in grades K-5 join the Arts Festival workshop; grades 4-12 can perform in the Showcase musical or the Spotlight play; grades 5-7 can join the tech team and grades 8-12 the production team to work backstage. The summer program is held on the South Puget Sound Community College campus.
