Tacoma Little Theatre runs two four-week summer camps in which campers rehearse and stage a full Broadway Junior musical while learning the technical side of production. Each session splits by grade - entering 1st through 6th grade, and entering 7th grade through graduating seniors - and meets Monday-Friday 9am-4pm at Hilltop Heritage Middle School, closing with public performances. The 2026 titles are Oliver! JR and Disney's High School Musical JR (June 22-July 18), then Xanadu JR and a to-be-announced show (July 20-August 15). TLT is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and some scholarship funding is available.

Powered by GoogleWe saw The Mountain Top with DuWayne Andrews, Jr. as Martin Luther King, Jr. Ibri Brooks as Camae Directed by Jalen Penn. It was WONDERFUL! I didn’t know it was going to be funny so that was a great surprise. Both actors were captivating and fantastic! I have to give it up for Ibri Brooks that played Camae. She has a really powerful scene that was done flawlessly!! Thank you for a wonderful performance!!
This is my first time here. My friend Myki invited me. I can tell you right out back that the place is amazing. The front desk were so helpful in making patrons very relaxed and laughing. I will be back here more often.
We love this theatre! We make it a point to attend a play or musical every Christmas. This year we saw Matilda the Musical and loved it! The cast are fantastic and everyone is always so kind. Plus the new bathrooms are amazing. Can't wait for our next show.
Cocktail service could be faster, however paired and match with show theme was great. The staff were awesome and facility had great view of stage. Highly recommend.
What fun!!! The best little community theater in Washington! I try to bring my granddaughters here for all the kid friendly shows. They ABSOLUTELY love it. It gives them the appreciation for the arts and theater that no Disney movie could ever give them. The local talent never disappoints. The ticket prices are super reasonable and easy to purchase. Bring your kid to a show!
