Kids and adults with disabilities, from age 6 up, take one-to-one adaptive ski and snowboard lessons from trained volunteer instructors with Courage Kenny Ski & Snowboard. Athletes join weekly lessons that run six weeks in winter, or a one-time Learn to Ski and Ride clinic. Lessons meet at Hyland Hills in Bloomington and at Afton Alps, both in Minnesota, and at Trollhaugen in Dresser, Wisconsin. The program has taught skiing and snowboarding to people with disabilities for more than 50 years.
