Corbin's Crusaders is a sports day camp on 250 acres of open space at Tallman Mountain State Park in Sparkill, marketed to families in Rye Brook and the surrounding Westchester and Rockland towns. Coaches break each sport into skill sets using the camp's 'Skills, Drills and Thrills' method, so campers practise through interactive drills and then play games, matches or tournaments; the camp states it works with children of all skill levels. Campers swim in a lifeguarded pool each week, and an adventure programme adds orienteering and hiking. Campers aged 8 and up can add 'Go-Pro' intensive clinics in a single sport. The season is sold in one- to four-week blocks with a pre-camp week beforehand; a transportation programme is offered where possible. The camp is family-run by owner-directors Peter and Wendy Corbin and began in 1996.
