Code Ninjas is a national coding-center franchise whose summer camps teach kids ages 5 to 14 to program through game-building themes such as Roblox, Minecraft, YouTube and LEGO Spike Prime robotics engineering. Camps run Monday through Friday as half-day sessions, either 9:00 a.m. to noon or 12:30 to 3:30 p.m., and families can book both blocks back to back for a full day; weekly tuition is about $250 for a single half-day camp, or $225 per block when both are taken. Year-round, kids progress through a belt system from white belt to black belt, building their own video games in Scratch, JavaScript and Python. This center is at 2222 Foothill Boulevard, Suite C, La Canada Flintridge, and serves the La Canada and La Crescenta area.

Powered by GoogleMy child is competing in robotics tournaments using the coding skills he learned at Code Ninjas, and he has been achieving results we are very proud of. He has been attending for two years now.
My 10-year-old son loves the combination of lessons and flexibility. Code Ninjas is his favorite weekly activity.
This is a great place! My son really enjoys going and the staff are all so kind and friendly. He is always making something he is excited to tell us about. Highly recommend for kids who like video games (I think that's everyone!)
Code Ninjas is AMAZING!!! My kids LOVE it SOOOOO MUCHHH!! The teachers are so sweet and patient and the curriculum is so engaging and fun! Felipe, the center owner, is truly so knowledgeable and kind! I would Highly highly recommend this place and my kids look forward weekly to this class! I was worried one hour might be too long for my kindergartener daughter, but she always complains it's too short. Plus, they just started doing Chess Club on Mondays!
My 5 yo and 7 yo sons recently attended the Modding for Minecraft summer camp and the Stop Motion Animation summer camp. They LOVED it! They told me the two camps were their favorite of all the camps they've done so far this summer. The senseis (teachers) were extremely patient and helped them learn how to code while using their creativity. The place is newly renovated and clean. The center owner, Felipe, explained their program well since I was worried that it would be too complicated for my 5 yo, but they did a great job explaining the concepts throughout the week and sparked an excitement for coding in both my boys. They’ve been making movies at home ever since. Definitely check them out as they have both weeklong summer camps and weekly classes throughout the year.
