5 of my kiddos go here for summer camp, and they absolutely LOVE it! They have classes during the school year that are very reasonable priced and the school buses will even drop the kids off AT the centre! (During the school year, for schools in the PC Parish only I believe) For summer camp, they offer everything from Musical Theater, Dance and Tumbling, Boxing and Physical Fitness, Art, Sewing and a Center Stage theater camp. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and work well with the kids. They have a carpool area so you can drop your kids off and pick them up quickly in the mornings and after camp in the afternoon. They need to bring a lunch each day and a water bottle (they can refill them there) except for Fridays when the Centre provides snacks and a fun time for the kids. The camps run from a week to 2 weeks, Monday - Friday and each camp has a final performance at the end of the camp. And what's best, you really cannot beat the price for the amount of fun and experience these kids have and receive! If you're thinking about getting your kids into the Arts, don't hesitate! I was very pleased with the Centre for the Arts. Everyone there was very nice. We where there for tutoring for our 6 yr old we were very impressed with the teacher. She had him reading in 15 mins. I recommend her to everyone.
