Teche Center for the Arts is a nonprofit arts center in downtown Breaux Bridge that runs about a dozen week-long summer camps from June through July. Offerings span music (Treble on the Teche), visual art, dance, theatre, Cajun and Creole cooking, sewing, media arts and robotics, with Louisiana French woven in; the flagship music camp serves children ages 7 to 13.

Today was my first visit to the Teche Center for the Arts, and I was very excited to learn that there are many activities planned in the coming weeks and months, but for children and for couples (I'm really looking forward to the Zydeco dance lessons). Thanks so much to Claire for her time and detail about the Center.
The programs available for the youth of the area are a great way for them to expand their knowledge in an enjoyable environment. The volunteers and staff at the facility are knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The Teche Center is a wonderful asset to our community. ❤
A great space for community events. I went for a CD release party and they were very accommodating to the large crowd. Building is still being improved and I only expect it to get better.
