Camp Tanuga is like your second home. Everyone is very nice and after going there for 4 years everyone is like my family. From tubing to hiking trips every part of camp is amazing. I would definitely send your kid here if you want them to have an amazing summer.

Camp Tanu is the best! It is where kids grow up and start to experience the "real" world. Camp is designed to force kids out of their shells, mingle with kids of all different ages and learn to talk to people. It is the secret sauce of success sending your kids to camp!!

We are a second generation Camp Tanuga family because of how special a place it is. Tanuga has taught me (and now my children) about the importance of nature, community and independence that has stayed with me my entire life. We have made lifelong friendships there and feel like those friends are truly family!

Camp Tanuga is the most amazing place to send your child(ren). My daughter loves camp and looks forward to camp every summer! She stays the whole 6 weeks and packs like she is moving across the country…everything but the kitchen sink I say! Sid and Cody are always accommodating with diet, medication and any other need you could ever need! The staff and medical staff are always easy to get ahold of if needed to for any reason! Tanuga is Magical and their motto is “Tanuga Magic”, I believe in this. After my daughters first summer she was more independent, more outgoing, and had an amazing new group of friends…that she loves and still bunks with 4 summers later from all around the USA! I thank Sid and Cody all year long for Camp Tanuga and all the amazing things they provide mentally and physically for my daughter! It’s only December and she’s already ready for summer “23”

My son is been going to camp since he is 7 years (11years old now ) 5 years being part of the tanuga magic and He can't wait for summer to go there, he always has awesome things to say about camp! Facilites are ok and that's not and issue since that's what camp is about it ! Don't expect a fancy place they don't need that ! He is happy playing in the dirt and being a kid without any electronics. He talks really well about his counselors And how nice and cool they are, I like them too I got to meet them through the years and seen nice kids. His all day is fill with fun and activities. Makes me feel so much better knowing he is having a great time there! 3 or 7 weeks in camp have been a good experience for him, he loves it and I love knowing my son is enjoyed his time away from home ! I trusted my most precious treasures to them and they had been good to him! Thanks camp tanuga !!!
