Non-denominational Christian nonprofit camp in the Forestdale village of Sandwich, on Cape Cod, serving boys and girls ages 6-15 and operating since 1935. Its 208 lakefront acres support swimming, sailing, canoeing, kayaking, rowing, sports, games, and crafts, alongside a faith-based program introducing campers to Christian teaching. Campers come from varied cultural and religious backgrounds.

The camp is surrounded by acres of pristine woods and the waterfront is spectacular. But best of all, the counselors teach kids about Christ! Your kids will love it here.
★★★★★Charles SuttonWe stayed at the Guest House of the camp for a week while engaged in a ministry to children in Hyannis for a week. It was a comfortable stay at very reasonable rates. We did not see Camp Good News' camping program in action, but we had good conversations about it with the assistant director. The camp has been in operation since 1935 and aims to reach children who have little to no knowledge of the Christian faith through camping activities (waterfront, athletic, woods, crafts, etc, and through talks to groups and conversations with counselors. It can serve up to 200 campers, although summer attendance is averaging about 100 per summer. The setting is beautiful and the facilities, although rustic, are in good shape. I am glad that the camp exists and I am looking forward to learning more about it and its work in the coming years.
