★April RoxtarUnderstaffed, unskilled, and unempathetic. They let bullies do whatever they like, and if/when your kid defends themselves, they get into trouble, not the bullies. Some staff members clearly don't even like kids. They say they have just one staff member per room, they can't and don't see everything that's going on and they don't have cameras either. So they can say whatever they like and never have to back it up. I was kind and understanding until it was clear they targeted my children instead of supporting them.
