Customer service is very mean and unwelcoming. I am very upset with my experience at this gym. Everytime I have gone in there has been older ladies at the front desk who have given me nasty looks and condescending remarks about small things that should not be issues. I am 19 years old and I feel they treat younger people really nasty because they think we have ill intentions or “sneakiness”. I walked in today 30 minutes before close. It was 430 and they closed at 5. I was not a 24:7 member but I still had time to workout. The lady then stopped me and said there was only 25 minutes till close and I said I was still going to do a short workout and would be out. She then said she would come “round me up” when it was time and that I needed to leave. She said this multiple times in a very condescending passive aggressive tone. I have also seen multiple of the workers chew other people out. My parents have also had bad experiences with the old women at the front desk. They make it very unwelcoming and are very bitter. I genuinely cannot stand to come anymore

Kids messing around at the gym area all the time. Its disruptive and annoying. Definitely not worth the membership fee

Great place to workout. Machines, free weights, gym, cardio. It doesn't ever get too crowded and it's kept at a good temperature. There isn't a pool but that's not a deal breaker for me.

I tried to use my y membership from another y and they wouldn't let me. Good thing I could use someone's guest pass. Nice facility otherwise. Gym is nice and the weight room looks good.
