Spartan Day Camp is a Wisconsin state-licensed summer day camp in Madison serving school-age children from kindergarten (age 5) through about age 12. It runs as a full-day program Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:30pm, and also provides before/after-school and non-school-day care during the year. Enrollment is open to families by the week.

There were big kids everywhere climbing on parts of playground equipment that they shouldn’t be on, climbing up slides when others are trying to go down it and not letting other kids use the zip line at the park. I felt the kids needed more supervision than what was happening.

Parents can sit at the tables and just watch everyone play. The staff is amazing.
