We had a great experience with the summer camp at the McKenzie Boys and Girls Club! BGCDC is truly there for any kid who needs it, welcoming, inclusive, and supportive every step of the way. The field trips were a huge highlight, they kept the kids active and engaged all summer long while exposing them to a wide range of fun and enriching activities. One of the biggest standouts for my son was getting to meet the Badgers basketball players, something he’ll never forget! We also really appreciated that he had the chance to meet a group of kids coming from various backgrounds and that the staff created a safe and encouraging environment even when he was learning. It was clear they really cared about his personal growth, not just keeping him busy. We’re so grateful for everything the team at McKenzie BGCDC does. Highly recommend!

Staff yell at children and think it’s ok to wrongfully accuse a child of doing something then when the parent ask the staff about it she says with an attitude “well he should’ve corrected me” instead of apologizing. Very unprofessional. My child went one day not even the whole week and I unenrolled him. My child did not have a good time at all. The director didn’t seem to think that was a problem. You don’t yell at anyone’s child you call their parents. They didn’t want to refund me my money “no refund policy” so I disputed the payment with my bank. NEVER AGAIN!
