★★Reign ACustomer service and communication at this facility is quite horrible in comparison to the other Boys and Girls Club facilities that my child has attended. You aren't greeted when you enter or exit the facility, staff isn't friendly, and don't dare call the facility and expect a callback within a reasonable time frame if at all. I called this place 2-3x in one week to only show up and see the staff at the front desk having a pow wow and completely ignoring the telephone. I'm assuming if you need to contact your child, vice versa, or if there is an emergency this place would deem itself incompetent and unreliable. I certaintly would not want my child to attend this place because parents must entrust the staff to care for their children during their absence. This place is embarrassing, and it's sad to see a majority BIPOC establishment mimic the stereotype of poor customer service. Today, the day of orientation, my child encountered the facility for the first time and got a bad vibe and we decided to find fun, professional programming elsewhere.
