★★★★★Anthony BrinegarMy mornings start with a friendly greeting at the door. The locker rooms and facilities are all kept clean, and the vast array of equipment all seem to be in great order. It was the perfect place to sign up for on my way to work, where I can change, workout, and shower before starting my day. Even though there are always a handful of people there, it is quiet enough and there are enough machines and space to zone out and get a sweat going, though there are some TVs available as well.

★★Richie ChilingirianSoccer program. Please don't waste your money and time. Spend the first 25 minutes passing the ball with your own kid. Then spend 10 minutes stretching. The coach here needs to be a "coach". No sense of being in charge. Started the class with around 15-20 kids. Now 2 weeks before ending its down to 8. Someone has to be paying attention to these things because the "coach" is certainly not. I will say she is nice and polite but that's her weakness. Coach's are to push kids to there limits and guide them. I haven't seen her tell one kid how to kick the ball properly. Certainly won't be returning and I seriously hope this changes for the future of kids/parents who don't know any better. Also for anyone reading this that's not to late. Downtown york ymca has a amazing coach. Certainly something to consider even if it's a longer drive.

Never experienced this kind of inconsiderate behavior in any other gym. Solution....YMCA should maintain more control of TV's. Perhaps selecting two generic programs with mute. Remove the remotes. Simple.

After contacting the director and voicing our concern the issue was addressed and we have had many more opportunities to use the gym with our son to practice basketball. We are very pleased with the staffs willingness to listen and address member concerns. Keep up the good work!
