I am a member and access Silver Sneakers here along with other classes for Seniors and people with health issues like arthritis. The staff is great from the Front Desk to the the instructors. So far everyone I've interacted with is kind, helpful and really encouraging. Honestly, when my Spouse wanted to join there I didn't expect much and an surprised at how much I enjoy going there.

I loved this facility when I first joined, but it has been going downhill lately. The therapy (warm) pool has been closed for at least two weeks. No notification on schedule page either. Hot tub is broke and has been closed a lot lately. Women's locker room is not very clean (especially the showers) and things that are broke are not getting fixed. Pool staff are very friendly. I think it needs better management.

It's a great facility that express a family type atmosphere. But there is a gentleman that always enter men's locker room and asking nude members for money while getting dress I've seen elderly people some with disabilities feel very uncomfortable because of his presence and his size 6"1 270 lbs about. I mentioned to staff and they said that it is just Norman from the other side of the building. I wish they addressed the issue and confirm that it will be taken care of. This gentleman is known to have autistic behavior but for members safety something needs to be done in a peace result. He say I need $5 from all of y'all..and some members can take it the wrong way and can feel threatened of his action consistently

Jackson was very helpful in helping set up my family’s membership. A+ employee. Give the man a raise.

My daughter has participated in the volleyball program offered at this center for the past 3 years and loves it. She’s getting comfortable with members and staff and going to join the league this upcoming season.
