Big Blue Swim School's Northglenn location runs weekly, perpetual swim lessons for children from three months old up to age twelve at 10640 Melody Dr. Swimmers progress through four curriculum levels - Baby Blue (3 months to 2 years, with a parent in the water), Bright Blue (3-5 years), Bold Blue (6+ years, beginner) and Big Blue (6+ years advanced) - in small groups, with 30-minute lessons at the first three levels and 45 minutes at the most advanced. Lessons are not run on a semester or session basis, so families can start any week; the school prices them per lesson under Flex, Bronze, Silver and Gold Swim Plans and charges an annual membership fee per child. Drop-in lessons, adaptive swim lessons booked by phone, and adult lessons are also offered. Big Blue Swim School is a franchise brand whose locations are independently owned and operated.
