The Wulf Recreation Center at 5300 S Olive Road is Evergreen Park & Recreation District's main facility, with a six-lane 25-yard lap pool, a gymnastics facility, fitness and cardio/weight rooms, a basketball, volleyball and pickleball gym, a dance studio and rental spaces. It is the drop-off and pick-up point for the district's summer Adventure Camps, which run 7:30am to 6:00pm: the School Age Adventure Camp for ages 5-11 fills days with games, songs, crafts, nature exploration, sports, swimming, gymnastics and field trips, while the Preschool Adventure Camp for ages 3-4 covers games, songs, crafts, nature and gymnastics. A $35 registration fee applies per participant and a completed Colorado Certificate of Immunization must be uploaded before attending.

★Jessica SmithExtremely upset to hear about the price raise for toddler gymnastic time. My babies just started going and we were very excited to find a place for them to practice their crawling and climbing skills. We thought $13 ($26 for two) was a little steep for 45 minutes to pretty much borrow the room, but thought we could swing it twice a month. Now they have raised the price to $16 for a 45 minute session per infant in a room they wouldn’t be using during this time anyways. This 30 percent increase on families is simply outrageous. I feel like toddler gymnastics is an intro into paying for classes in the future. Well since they can’t respect families and charge a reasonable price, we will not be doing classes in the foreseeable future nor going to the rec center. This is greedy and price gouging against toddlers who just want to get out of the house and practice moving their bodies.
