Full Circle Dance runs a six-night, seven-day overnight dance camp for girls ages 9-15 with at least three years of formal dance experience, held August 2-8 at High Peak Camp in Estes Park, at the foot of Longs Peak and a few miles from Rocky Mountain National Park. Days combine small-group technique in ballet, jazz, hip hop and contemporary with a daily Dance Lab choreography workshop, and finish the week with a performance and final meal for families. Outdoor and camp activities include canoeing, a ropes course, climbing, a zip line, mini golf, campfires, arts and crafts and a movie night. Pricing is $1,800 all-inclusive, covering lodging, all meals and snacks, every premium activity, and a camp shirt and bag. Campers sleep in bunkhouse cabins of up to 16 girls with counsellors in a separate room, a nurse is on site at all times with an on-call doctor, and personal devices are not allowed. The studio, based in Wheat Ridge, also runs separate day camps.
