Powered by GoogleWebsite is awful for any information. No information on pricing and limited information on what facilities are available and no photos of the actual gym. Maybe I'd like to see some photos of the pool or gym before I waste my time coming it to get the sales pitch on some kid pretending to be a personal trainer. I shouldnt have to enter all my information to see what the gym looks like.
Have been going here for a few months. As long as your not handicapped it is cool. They wouldn't let me use the handicapped chair to enter or use the pool. They rent out that lane all weekend so handicapped or people recovering from injuries ect cannot have access to the pool. Even thought there were plenty of lanes open they rent that lane to deny access to people with mobility impairments.
I canceled my membership after an uncomfortable interaction with staff in the locker room while I was unclothed. I have also had difficulty resolving billing with their third-party company despite not using the facility. I hope they improve communication and member care.
I came into this gym with zero expectations. I was greeted with friendly staff along with Gina, one of the heads of this facility. Gina provided me welcomingly in-depth tour of the facility ranging from - Weight areas - Stretching Areas - Swimming Pools - Sauna & Steam Rooms - And much more! I made use of these amenities and it was a great experience! They provide you with personal needs options such as shampoo while you shower, free towels, and even mouthwash to stay fresh! I honestly had a great experience! If you are interested in a facility that provides these amenities, this would be a place for you! Thank you for your time Gina!
This is an ok facility. Feel like 24hr and Crunch are 1 star, this is in the middle, and Lifetime is at the top. Bit overpriced for what you pay for, but it’s not a bad gym. Classes are alright, gym and decor are a bit dated, and things are always in need of repair. The steam room has been closed for over a week and not one of the 5 employees I’ve asked can tell me when it might be fixed. Also, they clean the steam room and showers in the middle of the day and the smell of the cleaner burns my throat. I wish they’d do that after hours or before they open and not while members are trying to use the facilities throughout the day. Vibe is interesting. Mostly older folks, a few younger working professional types, a handful of college age kids, and then hoards of children that come to swim starting at 4 pm. They do have towels in the locker rooms, put on fun events for the members every once in a while, and I do appreciate the staff; just wanna keep it real. Far from ideal and a bit overpriced, but that seems that’s world we live in nowadays.
