Very active, family oriented calendar with plenty of offerings for anyone of any age. I love the ability to use the warm pool (therapy pool) and hot tub for physical therapy.

I’ve been going here regularly for a couple years. I use it for the weight room and sauna. The family plan is a great value and you can bring your young kids to the stay-and-play as you work out for no additional cost. Mostly great interactions. However, canceling a membership is unnecessarily difficult, borderline predatory. There seems to be a lack of accountability for middle and upper management.

I do gymnastics here for 5 or 6 years, my coaches are very nice a sportive. The staff always has a smile on their faces. They know who I am as soon as I walk in.

It is a shame when staff thinks that complaints are laughing matters. Especially when you arrive after 2 weeks shut down and your Pool site which is IT pool is closed to further notice. Hot top that many of the members need and enjoyed it broken for more than a month. The looker and shower area are constantly very dirty. Plus what I don't understand 🙄 why do we have cold air conditioner air blasting down on our wet body so your Head, Neck and shoulders feel frozen???. We are in the IT pool for a reason and this doesn't help. Last night they closed Therapy pool again till further notice and further notice never came!!! I have one big Question Will be the Hot Tub next to be taken away from the Seniors like the Recrett Ball. It's not fair that everything takes priority and the Seniors falling through the Crack!!! Hello again 😔 it's been over 2 months since Hot tub is out of function and so are many of us who enjoyed those minutes together. Isn't all about Community 🙄 our little Community got ripped apart physically and mentally. The Hot tub was important to "Our Well Being! But it seems " None one Cares ". When we ask, somebody said we are waiting for a Part. A other person said we waiting for a professional person. Which is it and why those it takes so long?

The Bath YMCA wrongfully terminated my child’s enrollment. They didn’t follow their guidelines or policies in order to terminate enrollment. Instead of working with us and supporting my child as needed in the classroom they “ignored” him (their words not mine). His teachers walked away from us for weeks at pick up and drop off creating a visual and physical sense of not wanting to communicate. Our son was able to have weeks and days of amazing participation and interaction with peers. Being that he is 4, it is the responsibility of the adult staff to help support my child and keep my child safe. We never saw this termination coming. They never gave us a chance to on our end time seek support for the teachers. Our son was there full days and was able to be there for full days. The lack of care of my child’s wellbeing, communication with the parents, and overall respect, and attention to their own guidelines and procedures is what brings me to write this review. We have since removed our memberships as well as our child because we do not feel it is safe for him to be there. We will move on and find a better fit where there is appreciation for a child’s growth and development as well as respect and communication with the family.
