Their billing method is pretty SLIMY , Even after you request to cancel your account, Which they make incredibly hard to do you either have to go in person or get a special email to email them. And after all that your account will still be charged. Because technically the cancellation goes in effect the next month, not the current month that you want to cancel. This is a slimy way of doing business in my opinion. I feel like that should be known for anyone that is trying to cancel their gym membership. Because either way you’re paying them an extra month even if you don’t plan on going. Be careful if you’re on a snap membership here. They know you’re on a fixed income and still don’t care. I need to call OHP and inform them as well since they’re the one that helped get the snap membership completed. I feel very taken advantage of and I’m just a regular person. Please be careful if you are elderly or disabled I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. They can and will remove negative comments from their reviews, so I hope whoever reads this I’m a timely manner is able to shares the knowledge.

Great staff, they get a 5 but the biggest complaint would be some members that wear tank tops don’t use deodorant so place often stinks really bad even after they leave causing some members to wear masks

The best YMCA I’ve been to. There is always plenty of space and machines to play on. Lots of classes for all sorts of different interests and levels. I love the Yoga studio. The sauna is superb and the hot tub has the most powerful jets. Everyone is always very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this YMCA!

Great facility, lots of options, personally I have had a decent experience. I did however Have a pretty unpleasant experience with some girls running the gymnastics class not very kind to my son, but it was handled appropriately I guess… They were very robotic about their response, never the less the situation was diffused and handled. I Had another unpleasant experience with one of the gals up front when my mom came to watch my son swim, she was asked to fill out a form, no problem, when my mom walked around the corner to fill out the paper work and the gal started talking crap about her, not knowing my mom could hear her. There are 2 girls that work at the front desk that are quite friendly and pleasant, all of the volunteers and trainers are really great too. The rest of the front desk staff however are rather flat and seem pretty miserable to be there. Doesn’t feel like kids are really welcome in general, they tend to seem very annoyed anytime we walk in, or need any help with anything further than scanning our card and walking by. Bitter sweet experience all in all.
