I love the aquatic classes at Club NW! I go every weekday and get my stretching (M-W-F) and yoga (Tues-Thurs) in the warm pool. The former has the class dancing to oldies and the latter is both uplifting and peaceful. I'm not an exercise person but these classes get me out of bed in the morning and are a great start to my weekdays! :)

This is an excellent facility. I work out in the women's gym 4-5 times a week, and hit the main gym with my husband on the weekends. Everything from the equipment, the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, locker room, and classes are amazing. I do wish that they wouldn't allow the door to the pool area to be left open, as the strong chlorine smell pollutes the entire gym. There are two doors from the pool outside that could be opened instead. I've mentioned it to two employees, but they didn't seem to care. So whatever. But, the facility is clean and the staff is awesome.

3.5/5 stars Pros: This is definitely the best gym/athletic club option in the Rogue Valley. The majority of the people working in the Kidzone are amazing and that alone makes the price of membership worth it. Women’s private workout area and outdoor gym equipment are amazing unique bonuses. Classes are frequent and lots of different options. Cafe ladies are so nice and smoothies and coffee are delicious!! I could go on and on because it is mostly pros. Cons: The private shower rooms by the pool are never clean and I do mean never. They are bordering on unusable.. maintenance wise and cleanliness wise. The family changing rooms and the men’s/womens lockerooms are better but can still get gross. There are two ladies in the Kidzone “gettin Bigs” area that always seem disassociated/scarily inattentive and bored. The water jugs are frequently out of water. All in all, it’s worth it if you can get those monthly discounts in on your membership dues.

I’ve going to this gym for over 2 years now. It has been a good experience for the most part. However, the cleanliness has gone down. Equipment isn’t being cleaned properly. People are going naked in the sauna with no towel to cover the Woden seats. That is a sanitary issue, and it is quite uncomfortable being approached by naked strangers. The floors look dirty, and the showers aren’t being cleaned properly.

This is a very nice gym. I was a gym princess when I was a kid, practically lived at an LA Fitness in Arizona… The Club gives me that nostalgic vibe, with cooler people. Came in with no appointment to sign up, was welcomed in immediately. Treated lien family right from the start. I was excited when Jenn (pretty sure Jenn) at the smoothie bar understood the drink I wanted to order (just like my LA Fitness regular) just like the one I remember in the 90’s. She nailed it. I look forward to working out here.
