I love the classes and opportunities to work alone. The staff is very kind and helpful.

My daughter and I have always had a great time here. The classes are fun. We love swimming. I think they are redoing the spa and that should be nice. Might even be done but we haven't visited for a few months. Summer time at the pool can be chaotic. They have summer camp and the pool gets extremely crowded and loud when the camp is there. If you are not a fan of that, I would avoid day time open swim during summer break. I would love to see some improvements and or additions made to the place. It is a fun place nonetheless.

They make swimming in the afternoon as an adult next to impossible if you have any life difficulties. With the large pool locker room closed to adults. You get a private change area but no access to a locker with pool access. If you need to leave a wallet or street clothes somewhere while you swim you are out of luck. Or you can get water across the entire place. So basically telling anyone disabled or without a car to get lost. At a minimum this should be reflected on the schedule. In response to the response below, they have a sign saying you cannot use the locker rooms from 2:30 onward. As they are for family and children from them on. Despite lap swimming still being available. Children being around is no issue.

I wanted to highlight some of the incredible individuals here who I believe make this gym a place that feels like home to me. The gym overall is great, they have a lot of machines and dumbbells up to 100lbs, starting from five I believe. Three squat racks and a good mix of cable equipment as well. If you are into the whole cardio thing, the have a designated area with a really nice variety to choose from. The people to me are what make a gym experience good or bad though, so I wanted to give praise to those who make this place a positive experience for myself and my kids for so many years now. I do not know every individual here personally, but I have had a positive interaction with each one of them at least once. When you look around you, you will see smiles on faces. The front desk individuals always make my day by doing the simple things like remembering your name or not making me wait in line to check in I always appreciate that and I wanted to express that. My kids love this place as well, my son attended preschool here as well and absolutely loved it I certainly recommend it. They have a lot of helpful individuals who can point you in the right direction when you are looking for equipment to use or maybe a safer way to do a movement. I do not know the new gentleman who works there but he seems very sincere and helpful, a very positive individual so also a nice addition to the team. I know a few of them personally enough to call them a friend and that says a lot because you don’t really make connections like that at big gyms. Overall, I think the gym itself is great but what makes it even better are the individuals who work here. I have always thought that since I started working out here and it still holds true. You guys are doing a great job, and I applaud each of you.

Great job to the young man at the welcome center today. I had to use the restroom but my membership was up so he kindly told me that since they are a state regulated Preschool too I had to have a member ship to use the bathroom. I'm impressed. That is awesome. It was around 330 pm to management. He is a keeper. Thank you for keeping our kiddos safe.
