As a working mom of two young children finding high quality, reliable, and personalized childcare is often a challenge. Discovering Rogue Valley Educational Services and Teacher Eric has been a blessing to our family as we can always count on him and his team to care for our kids and provide enriching experiences for both their educational and emotional needs. Eric makes sure the weeks are filled with engaging activities due to his ever changing weekly themes ranging from volcano week where they made their own explosions to story week where they learned the classics and made up their own stories to share with the class. Eric also coordinates park days at Lithia for the kids so that they can experience nature first hand— if it’s not too smoky or too cold out you’ll find the kids there every Friday in their cute orange safety vests. On top of the top notch curriculum, Eric is also especially attuned the kids’ emotional growth and makes a personal connection with each child and family. In our family’s case, our oldest kiddo needed extra help with learning flexibility and the difference between big problem and small problems. Eric has proactively reached out to us to develop a plan for helping our little one develop these skills and flourish. I can’t say enough positive things about Eric and his team. He has become more than just a childcare provider but rather is an integral part of our children’s lives and has become a trusted ally and partner in raising our children. My kids attended a weekend camp at Nature Kids and they had a blast! Eric is adept at making all kids feel welcome, honored, and included. My oldest is rather cautious, and I returned to find him laughing, chatting, and enjoying himself. My middle child loves to engage, and Eric provided a great forum for him to connect with others. My youngest is a bit of a wild card and I saw her focused and calm. He works miracles! If I lived locally, I would send my preschoolers there in a heartbeat!
