Apple Blossoms Forest School, a small nature-based preschool in East Anchorage, runs summer forest day camps for ages 4-8 where campers spend the full day outdoors building forts, playing in creeks and exploring the woods. Each week weaves in art, science and play, with a small 8:2 group ratio. Its sister school, Little Bees, offers camps for ages 4-11.
