The Town of Ancram runs a free summer day camp for children ages 5-12 alongside its town pool, operating 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. from early July to mid-August. Camp days combine indoor and outdoor activities with swimming at the town pool, and campers are not permitted to use electronic devices. Enrollment is capped at 60 children, with priority to Ancram, Ancramdale and Boston Corners families and returning campers; out-of-town families are taken first-come, first-served. Camp is free for Ancram residents and $75 per week per child for non-residents, with applications accepted April 1 through June 13 at Town Hall.
