Nonprofit school-age day camp run by Greenbush Child Caring at Green Meadow Elementary School in East Greenbush, operating 7:30am-5:30pm from June 29 to August 21, 2026 (closed July 4). Three East Greenbush programs are offered: Camp Explorer Junior for children entering grades K-3 ($315/week) and Camp Explorer Senior for grades 4-8 ($335/week), both travelling on field trips up to three times a week, and the mainly on-site Camp Discovery for grades K-5 ($280/week) with a Friday field trip. All programs include off-site swim lessons on Mondays plus recreational activities, enrichment programs and special events; a Leadership-in-Training program is offered to older participants. The same operator runs a separate Camp Explorer at Poestenkill Elementary in Averill Park and school-year and full-day vacation programs.
