My daughter absolutely loves 4-H camp Clifton. She also wants to be a camp counselor when she’s old enough to do so.

I had band camp here for 3 years and it was so much fun. The gorge is so pretty and the springs water taste amazing. They also have some pretty good food, especially the pasta salad.

My son had fun there on a weekend trip. This was his 2nd time attending an annual event. Cabins hold several kids, maybe 12 per cabin. The cabins are summer cabins so they smell musty. There is a pool that was a big hit during their off time from the event being held. There's a big dining room building that can hold many people.

I attended Doug Yates Karate camp here. Our cabin we staysed in was in sad shape. It had peeling paint that kept falling off and would randomly hit the floor. The bunk beds were in sad shape. Several top bunkbeds had makeshift plywood to fix broken rails. The mattress provided on some beds were paper thin. Others were thicker but were torn and falling apart. My smoke alarm was broken and tossed under my bunk. The ladies bathroom was NEVER cleaned from a previous event, it was disgusting and smelled! The trashcans were full and overflowing with garbage. Toilets weren't flushed or cleaned and many were disguising and dirty! The showers were no different. They were littered with previous people's soap bottles tossed on the ground and left dirty clothes. The showers had mildew growing on the walls and curtains. The sinks weren't cleaned either and littered with bugs:/. I'm unsure why the place wasn't cleaned and ready for our camp but I was unimpressed! Totally not Doug Yates fault but the facilities instead!
