The lead teachers are experienced and we have seen tremendous growth in both our kids since attending. The majority of the staff seem to genuinely enjoy spending time with the kids and come up with creative activities for them. Through moves and relocation we have been at many daycares and we have seen a lot. This daycare doesn't just fill in anyone for classroom leads and assistants, they seem to wait for a good fit. Kids don't seem like a number here. Where turnover can be high in this industry they seem to hold on to teachers for a long time, which says something. The staff communicate really well for updates and important info regarding our kids. Great to know if they took a nap or are eating well or how they are doing behaviourly/academically.
