We enrolled our daughter at Zenith West Gymnastics in 2021. We invested thousands of dollars and countless hours into the program. We were trusting them with supporting our daughter and her emotional and physical development. We expected safety, truth, and respect. What we received in return was not only disappointing—it was deeply damaging. Unfortunately, our time ended with a complete breakdown of trust, accountability, and professionalism on their part. This isn’t an isolated incident. Look at the reviews: • Children shamed, bullied, and humiliated—with no protection or empathy. • Parents silenced, brushed off, or retaliated against for voicing concerns. • Multiple accusations of intimidation and toxic culture. • A pattern of deleting or suppressing negative reviews to maintain an illusion of integrity. Favoritism runs rampant. Sloppy business practices at best. Lies and cover ups. A disgraceful lack of partnership with parents. Closed practices….. seems suspicious. I should have trusted my gut, and these reviews. Despite claiming a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, violence, and body-shaming, their actions suggest otherwise. The fine print at the bottom of their handbook may protect them legally—but ethically, it exposes a troubling truth: policies at Zenith West aren’t meant to guide or protect; they’re meant to shield leadership from accountability. To anyone considering this gym: Read the reviews they can’t delete. Ask questions. Trust your instincts. This post isn’t just for her. It’s for every young athlete whose voice was ignored, whose spirit was dimmed, and whose potential was overshadowed by poor leadership. You deserve better.
