Alpha Gymnastics runs themed week-long summer day camps at its Woodinville gym for boys and girls ages 5 to 13, with 4-year-olds considered case-by-case if potty-trained. Days run 9:30am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday and mix gymnastics skill rotations (tumbling, vault, trampoline, bars, beam, ninja skills, parallel bars, pommel, high bar) with crafts, open gym, group games and an outdoor walk when weather permits. Weekly themes run late June through August (Harry Potter, Circus Escape, Space Exploration, Minecraft, Pirates & Mermaids and others), and families can book a full week or single days. Morning and afternoon snacks are provided; campers bring their own nut-free lunch.

Powered by GoogleI had the unfortunate experience of sitting next to athletes and parents from Alpha Gymnastics at tonight’s UW gymnastics meet. They had a large group there and seemed utterly indifferent to any of the other spectators in attendance. They took over the area that was clearly marked “Credentialed Media Only.” After they took over that area, they milled about, two-deep, standing in front of my two small children during the gymnastics. I politely asked three different times for them to sit down so that my family could see the meet. They left both the spectator area and Media area trashed with popcorn bags, chip bags, spilled food, and wrappers. Clearly this club has generated a culture of entitlement, indifference, lack of awareness of others. When athletes and parents are out at an event, representing their club, they need to do better.
Wonderful gymnastics program. We have been taking my daughter for 3 years since she was 2. She goes to the Russian program with Natalia and we love her couch. She is caring yet creates appropriate discipline and has the knowledge that I don’t about little kid physiology and how it impacts their physical activities. My younger son has been attending their baby program from 6 months and it’s a great way to build new neuron connections in his brain. Couches speak both Russian and English and the gym has all the possible equipment uou may need. They’ve been opened a new gym nest door but I haven’t seen it yet
We couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible coaching staff at Alpha gymnastics! Thank you to Coach Ryan and Coach Natalie for your dedication and for being such positive role models! The dedication, knowledge, and encouragement they provide have truly made a lasting impact on our son. Their passion for gymnastics has not only helped him grow as an athlete but also as a young man. From the very beginning, the coaches have fostered an environment that is both challenging and supportive. They push him to reach his full potential while ensuring he continues to love the sport. Their focus on discipline, perseverance, and teamwork has helped him build confidence and resilience—qualities that extend beyond the gym. It’s amazing to see how much he has improved under their guidance, and most importantly, how much joy he finds in gymnastics.
Alpha has been an incredible gym for my son. I have never seen another gym so invested in the men’s program like Alpha is. Generally, men’s gymnastics is an afterthought to the women’s program, but that is not the case here. The coaches are kind and empathetic while still instilling disciple and challenging the athletes to become their best selves mentally and physically. My son’s skills and gymnastics elevated immensely after transferring here from a different gym. He competed at both state and regionals and placed, but all that is just a bonus to the self discipline and other personal skills he’s learned at the gym. Highly recommend!
Oh my goodness we have so much fun at Alpha Gymnastic baby gymnastics! Colleen is interactive and great with the kids she works her butt off! Every time we go we are doing something new, balloons, bubbles, rattles, slides, parachutes, bouncy balls of all sizes, latter, courses, stuffed animals, trampolines. We roll, we bounce, crawl, strengthen our core, learn to move and coordinate our body, learn to listen, socialize, and share. I cant recommend it enough!
