Miss Stacey and Mrs. Marcia are amazing with our kids! Both of our children (4th & 2nd grades) look forward to going to before and after care. Most days they mention YCare is the best part of their day! All of the wonderful art, parties, bingo, outside playtime, and true love Miss Stacey & Mrs. Marcia show for our kids and their friends at Oak Hill Elementary School is unmatched!

So convenient! The staff is so friendly and my child loves attending in the AM. My child always talks about how much fun he has, and is greeted by friends/staff daily!

★☆☆☆☆ - A Masterclass in Poor Communication and Zero Accountability If you're considering Y Club for after-school care, let me save you the headache we've endured over the past two and a half years. The pattern is consistent: aggressive, threatening communication when they want money from you, complete radio silence when they fail to deliver the services you've already paid for. We registered and paid for the 2025-2026 school year before it started in August. First day of school? "Sorry, all seats are full." No advance warning. No apology. No accommodation. Just a vague "we'll let you know when there's space." We asked about being made whole for the previous years' worth of payments—services we paid for in full but our daughter barely attended. Request ignored. Email never answered. Complete silence. Fast forward two months (October): suddenly they have availability and are now issuing deadlines for US to respond "or be removed from the waitlist." The audacity is breathtaking. When payments are due? You'll hear from them immediately with thinly-veiled threats about program removal. When they can't deliver what you paid for? Crickets. Zero accountability. No follow-up. Just operational incompetence dressed up in mission statements about "enriching families." The billing system is stuck in 2005. The communication style is transactional at best and hostile at worst. Staff are clearly put in uncomfortable positions chasing down payments while leadership provides zero support for actual service delivery. Parents deserve better. Kids deserve better. Even the staff stuck enforcing these dysfunctional policies deserve better. Look elsewhere for after-school care. The YMCA talks a big game about their mission and values, but their Y Club program is a poorly-run operation that treats families like ATMs while providing minimal accountability when things inevitably fall apart. We won't be going back, and I can't recommend anyone else sign up for this experience.

Great experience with diverse activities that kept my 3 year old engaged and excited all summer long! She comes home asking questions about dinosaurs, plants, food, and anything theme related for the week. Plus, she loves her teachers and never wants to leave... 10/10!

I absolutely love this program so much. My son has had so much fun meeting new friends and having new experiences. He loves camp and before and after care and he loves the staff. The staff are so friendly and they always make comments about how much they just love having my son in their program. It is close to home and the hours are perfect for my work schedule. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!
