Life Time - Overland Park is a location of the national Life Time athletic-club chain that runs kids' summer day camps for members' children, from young campers (ages 4-5) through school-age kids and tweens. Weekly camps keep kids active with sports, swimming, creative activities, and Friday field trips. Optional before-care is available; enrollment requires a Life Time membership and a Junior membership for the child.

Powered by GoogleThe gym and amenities are excellent. Life Time is a great place to train, relax, and stay active. I've been coming here since I was 16 years old, and I've always enjoyed the facility and overall experience. The reason for my 3/5-star rating is the persistent body odor throughout parts of the gym. It seems to be an ongoing issue that negatively impacts workouts for many members. I believe staff should be more proactive in addressing hygiene concerns to help maintain a comfortable environment for everyone. If you have a sensitive sense of smell, you may want to consider the Lenexa Life Time location, as I haven't experienced the same issue there.
We were a charter member when the club opened and went consistently for years. When we decided to retire and leave KC a year ago we suspended at first and then canceled our membership as there was not a club where we moved. Upon auditing the credit card we discovered that we were still getting billed even though we had cancelled. Somehow we were billed for 9 months even though we were not a member so be careful and double check that they are actually doing whet they say. When we called the club they basically said we don't know what happened.....
Daniela Litardo is truly amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made my entire experience at Lifetime feel relaxing and luxurious. Her attention to detail, gentle touch, and personalized recommendations showed how much she genuinely cares about her clients and their skin goals. My skin felt refreshed, glowing, and healthier immediately after my appointment. If you’re looking for an esthetician who is skilled, welcoming, and passionate about what she does, I highly recommend Daniela. She’s the best!
Reviewing LifeSpa (inside Life Time Fitness), not the gym itself. Check-in at the front desk and spa was quick and seamless. Terese greeted me promptly with a standard intake form (areas to focus on, meds, allergies, etc.). She offered water or tea, explained the massage, and mentioned a CBD add-on for shoulders/back (+$20). I’ve never done anything with CBD before, so figured why not—kind of a “when in Rome” moment. Massage itself was excellent. Bed was warm throughout. She used props well, mixed in some light stretching, and leaned more deep tissue but checked in on pressure and adjusted as needed. Really good at finding pressure points and working through tight areas. Afterwards, she gave me water, checked in on how I felt, and walked me out. One of the better massages I’ve had—especially Terese. Ambiance is clean, organized, and relaxing. To note: you do not have to be an LT member to use LifeSpa. Can’t speak for other services, but for massage, pricing felt competitive.
We came here for a birthday party. The experience was great. There were 3 dedicated staff members making sure the rock climbing, slime making, and overall experience was easy on the parents, and fun for the kids.
