★nikki wThis was our 1st visit and not clear on routine or general practices. I went to Family bathroom it smelled. Ladies at front desk are friendly so that's a 🌟. The staff member teaching the 5 o'clock class wasn't aware. Already not a good impression 😕 There is no organization or communication. The website doesnt really explain or give explanation of services or what to expect. Parents are not allowed past door...not comfortable with not knowing if my son is safe. No accommodation for parents not leaving such as a waiting area. No communication with staff knowing this was our 1st visit. When class finished no communication on how my son did or recommendations. I will be looking for another option for gymnastics sadly. This establishment may be good for older kiddos 6 and up but not toddlers in my opinion. Provided a snack of skinny popcorn "generally recommended to wait until children are at least 4 to 5 years old before giving them popcorn " My son is 3 years old.
