Young Voices of Colorado is a nonprofit children's choir based in Englewood that takes singers from age 5 through 18 across several ensembles, with performances at the Newman Center and repertoire drawn from a range of genres and cultures. It runs spring and fall day camps for its singers, and every summer its founders' Sing A Mile High International Children's Choral Festival brings choirs from across the U.S. and abroad to Denver for five days of rehearsal and performance. Tuition covers the stay-at-home festival package; an on-campus stay costs an additional $450 where space allows.

Powered by GoogleOur daughter has been part of the Young Voices of Colorado family since kindergarten. We love the staff and the kids and this organization is truly second to none in terms of music education and their inspiring and heartfelt performances. Don't miss an opportunity to be part of this amazing family!
My son and I moved from Seattle, WA 2 years ago where he performed with the Northwest BoyChoir for 2 1/2 years. We were on the fence about joining a new choir when we moved to Littleton, CO because my son was nervous about settling into a new environment, but the "Try it Free" class had him hooked. We are very appreciative that they added a separate younger boys' choir the year we joined. The teachers are very professional and the kids really learn a lot about stage performance, teamwork, as well as chorale education. It's a fun environment to be in and a delight to see the kids perform twice a year at the Newman Center!
My son has been a member for ten years and it's been nothing but a terrific experience. He's had lots of fun, made great friends, and performed at Red Rocks with Brit Floyd. He's also learned lots of music theory and made all-state choir this year. If your kid likes to sing, YVC is a wonderful place for them to develop their gift.
This is a great organization and the teachers and staff are amazing! I have seen other choirs in my time, but never have I seen children of all ages so excited and thrilled about singing and learning music than I have at Young Voices. All of the directors and staff do a fantastic job and are focused on the whole child, and the needs of the group, and not just repeatedly learning a new song by rote. I have seen singers here make lifelong friends, amazing memories and experiences, all while developing a love and appreciation for music.
Our daughter is so happy to be a part of the Young Voices family. These kids are encouraged to really learn music and develop in all areas of musical growth. The staff is very professional and compassionate. We love that the group offers personal fundraising accounts and plenty of opportunities to perform local, national, and international. My child has developed her octave range and continues to learn with all the new certification programs. This is a stellar program!
