The YMCA of Youngstown operates summer day camps at its branches (including Central and Davis Family) for children ages 6-13, who have completed kindergarten through 8th grade. Camp runs Monday-Friday 9am-4pm, with before-care from 7am and after-care to 6pm for a small fee. It also runs Camp Neehi. The nonprofit Y offers financial assistance.

★Gregory PlanktonThis is regarding the YMCA downtown Youngstown us members r paying thousands of dollars for membership per year they can't even freaking keep this place together drey the guy that's in charge of running the downtown YMCA won't even do anything told him that we need new basketballs he was like oh I'm not going to do that because they steal the basketballs we're paying thousands of dollars for a membership per year you can't even buy at least 3 $30 dollar basketballs from Walmart like that's ridiculous I really wish to CEO would step in and observe how this YMCA is functioning this is sad the YMCA needs to do better .
★★★★★Dena GilbertOh I just love this YMCA!! My SilverSneakers class is the best and the teachers are so sweet! There’s so much to do here water fitness, yoga, cycling, Pilates, and even racquetball rooms !! I really enjoy the women’s locker room for 19 and older with the sauna, it’s just relaxing. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Such a nice place and a wonderful community!! I also love the different programs they have for children as well.
